Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

COD orders: The approved refund will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Prepaid orders: Once the returned item has been received and successfully inspected, the approved refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 15 business days.

  1. To help us cover the logistics and reverse pickup costs involved in processing returns, a nominal return shipping fee of INR 100/- will be applicable on all return requests.
  2. For prepaid orders below ₹1,000, the original shipping fee of ₹60 is non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount.
  3. We charge shipping in case a discounted/sale product is exchanged.
  4. If you have purchased two or multiple items from an offer price and choose to return either one of them or two, then the return amount credited would be as per the individual item price and not the offer price.
