We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, once the returned product has been received and successfully inspected, the approved refund will be credited directly to your bank account within 15 working days. The refund processing time may vary depending on your bank.
Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders, once the returned product has been received and successfully inspected, the approved refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 15 working days. The refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible products and are completely free of charge. Once the returned product has been received and successfully inspected, your replacement order will be processed, subject to product availability and eligibility as per our Exchange Policy.
Return Charges
To help cover the logistics and reverse pickup costs involved in processing returns, a nominal fee of 2% of the order value will be deducted from the refund amount for each approved return request after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.
