Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds:- 

COD orders: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved returns will be issued as store credit instead of a monetary refund. Once the returned product has been received and successfully inspected, the store credit will be added to your Etiquette account and can be used for future purchases on our website. The store credit can be redeemed during checkout.

Prepaid orders: For prepaid orders, once the returned product has been received and successfully inspected, the approved refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 15 working days. The refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges: Exchanges are available for eligible products. The first exchange is free of charge. However, for any subsequent exchange requests, a shipping and handling fee of ₹180 per item will be applicable.

  1. To help us cover the logistics and reverse pickup costs involved in processing returns, a nominal return shipping fee of INR 100/- will be applicable on all return requests.
  2. We charge a shipping charge of INR 100/- in case a discounted/sale product is exchanged.
