SHIPPING
For shipping, we use reliable courier partners such as Blue Dart and Delhivery to ensure safe and secure delivery of your orders. All shipments are fully insured.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the courier partner may contact you before delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you can coordinate a re-delivery or collect the package from the courier’s nearest hub.
Please note that Etiquette Apparel will not be responsible for delays caused due to unforeseen circumstances or courier-related issues, including customer unavailability during delivery.
Shipping TAT:
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days.
SHIPPING COSTS
- For prepaid orders below ₹1,000, a nominal shipping fee of ₹60 will be applicable.
- For COD orders below ₹1,000, a shipping fee of ₹100 will be applicable to cover handling and delivery costs.
ORDER ARRIVAL
At Etiquette Apparel, we make every effort to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
- Orders are generally shipped from our warehouse within 3–5 business days after the order is placed.
- In certain cases, if the product needs to be sourced from our suppliers, delivery may take an additional 1–2 days.
- Orders placed between Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST, are usually shipped on the same day if the product is in stock.
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
DAMAGED PRODUCT ON ARRIVAL
Please inspect your package carefully at the time of delivery for any signs of damage or tampering before accepting the shipment.
If the package appears damaged, kindly mention the same while signing with the delivery partner.
In case you discover any issue after opening the package, please contact our Customer Support team immediately at (+91) 6265-147601 along with your Order ID and clear images/videos of the issue.
Our team will review the request and arrange for a replacement or resolution as per our return and exchange policy.
