How Do I Place A Return/replacement/ Request On Etiquette?

How Do I Place A Cancellation Request On Etiquette?
If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, kindly give us call or drop us an email, your order cancellation request will be fulfilled in next 24 hours of time. (If not dispatched)
I Paid Cash On Delivery, How Would I Get The Refund?
If you choose to pay cash on delivery, the refund will be credited in the form of store credits.
How Long Will It Take Me To Receive The Refund For My Return?
We process refund requests within 15 working days after the returned product passes the quality check.
For prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
If I Receive A Wrong Product, Can I Get It Replaced?
We take utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, if you receive a wrong product, please raise a replacement request within 7 days of the product being delivered. You will also have the option to choose a refund for the product.
Can I Modify My Delivery Address?
House no., building no, street number & pin code can be modified. These changes are only possible before the order is at the “Pending” stage.
Can I Open And Check The Contents Of My Package Before Accepting Delivery?
Currently this feature is not available. You can open the product only once you have made the full payment to the delivery executive in case of cash on delivery orders. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the product, you can initiate a refund or replacement without any hassle by contacting our customer care team.
What is a 7-day return policy?
Etiquette gives you the option to replace and/or return the products bought on Etiquette within 7 days of the receipt of the order.
You can return/replace the product if you are not satisfied:
- With the quality of the product
- Or if you receive a defective product
- All items to be returned or replaced must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Is It Possible To Get An Neft Refund If I Paid Through Credit/debit Card Or Netbanking?
NEFT refunds are made only for cash on delivery orders. If you paid through a credit/debit card or net banking account, refund will be processed in the same mode of payment.
What Is Cod (Cash On Delivery)? Are There Any Additional Charges For Cod Orders?
COD refers to Cash On Delivery. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a Credit/Debit card or online shopping is not your forte. Etiquette offers you the option of paying for the purchase at your doorstep. Just place your order and make cash payment to our COD partner upon the delivery of your item. Not all deals/products have COD option. Please check the deal page before buying. Etiquette does not offer COD at all locations. Please enter your pin-code to check the availability of COD option at your location.
Are There Any Hidden Costs (Sales Tax, Octroi Etc.) On Items Sold By Etiquette?
No, there are no additional charges apart from those mentioned on the product page. The final payable amount will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.
We offer multiple payment options, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
If you choose Cash on Delivery, you only need to pay the amount mentioned on the invoice at the time of delivery.
My Transaction Failed But The Money Was Deducted From My Account. What Should I Do?
We regret the inconvenience caused. Please visit our Contact Us page available on website with your transaction details and we will look into it immediately. If your money has not reached us, it will surely be refunded back to your account.
